Vacation

• 1st year - 15 work days
• 2nd to 4th years - 20 work days
• 10 work days for educational use (over 4 years)

AFIP

• Department pays Registration $1500.00
• 4 weeks attendance

Allowance

• $4,000.00 over the 4 years
• No more than $1,000 per year
  (Except for AFIP year - up to $2,000)

Conferences

• Presenting Papers or posters
• Attendance is at the Chairman's discretion

Chief Resident

• Membership paid for A3CR2/AUR/SCARD and Conference attendance.

Note: Subject to change without notice due to budgetary constraints. Chairman may increase, decrease or cancel some or all benefits in cases of excellent or poor resident performance, as the case may be.
